Madge's Food Company makes a huge variety of fermented and pickled foods, as well as jams, jellies and an extremely popular Bloody Mary/Michelada mix. Madge was Mike Miller’s grandmother and replicating her bread and butter pickles was Mike’s first foray into fermenting and pickling. Mike will demonstrate how to ferment sauerkraut without added sugar or preservatives. And invite us to sample sweet and savory treats from his company’s product line.
