Jonathan is the Executive Chef at Los Poblanos in New Mexico and we're excited to have him as part of the Sunday Supper Series. He trained at the California Culinary Academy, and worked at Postrio, Splendido and other renowned restaurants. Jonathan is a strong advocate of the Slow Food Movement and farm-to-table philosophy.

Join us at the table with a menu created by Chef Jonathan. Sunday's menu includes five courses: two plated courses, two family-style entrees plus sides and a dessert. There will be a reception at 6:00 PM with a welcome beverage offered upon arrival. Additional beverages during the meal will be extra.
