Enjoy a multi-course meal paired with regional wine and beverages created by our advanced bachelor’s degree students. These future stars are engaged in the CIA’s Latin Cuisine Studies program that immerses them in the cuisine and culture of Latin America. Each dinner highlights an ingredient or a region of Latin America, so bring your adventurous spirit and your appetite!

Recognized by UNESCO as a treasure to humankind, Mexico’s culinary heritage is fascinating and diverse. Join us for a gastronomic journey that focuses on the various regions of Mexico from Monterrey and the Pacific coast to Oaxaca—land of the seven moles—and the Yucatan Peninsula.
