Ethnically and culturally diverse, the people of China possess a love of food found only in a very few places. You will explore the fundamental principles of Chinese cooking by discussing, preparing, and tasting a variety of iconic dishes such as wonton soup, pot stickers, and spring rolls, as well as such lesser-known specialties as red cooked pork belly and stir-fried shredded pancakes.
