The last course of our monograph days is all about cheese. Experience the different aromas, textures and flavors of Spanish cheeses like manchego, mahón, cabrales and more. The day begins with a short documentary, lesson from an expert and a cheese & wine pairing.

Max McCalman will be our cheese connoisseur of the day, talking through the range and traditions of Spanish cheeses. He’s a consultant and educator to cheesemakers, distributors, retailers, restaurateurs and consumers around the world. Max also authored many books on cheese including The Cheese Plate and Cheese: a Connoisseur’s Guide to the World’s Best.

This event is in partnership with Foods from Spain.

Larder and Sternewirth will be carrying tapas and dishes specifically designed to highlight this exclusive ingredient. Or find a seat at Supper’s table to experience Chef John Brand’s creative uses of queso in a la carte dishes on the lunch and dinner menus, available all week long.

1st Session: 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM
2nd Session: 5:30PM – 8:30 PM
Larder Casual Dining: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (open to public)
Sternewirth Tapas: 5:00 PM to Close (open to public)
