Join us in the hotel’s Expo Kitchen for a crash course on all things fermentation. Think beyond beer and wine: We incorporate the fermentation process into our menus throughout Emma. Taste our fermented-in-house vinegars and crème fraîche, and learn how to incorporate shrubs into your cocktail-making routine, just like we do behind the bar.
