As the head of all things culinary at Hotel Emma, Chef John Brand is reimagining the catering experience from-snout-to-tail as we say in the kitchen. Every menu for every event will be thoughtfully designed in collaboration with our clients and prepared in Supper’s kitchen. The open kitchen adjacent to Hotel Emma’s ground floor meeting spaces will encourage guests to participate in preparation, to watch our culinary team in action and, most important, to enjoy food that is superbly prepared, fresh, seasonal and real. Just the way Chef likes it.
