Join us at the hotel for a distinctive four-course meal: Chef John Brand and his culinary team will provide the paired cuisine to complement the Stags’ Leap Winery selections of our special guest, Senior Winemaker and General Manager Christophe Paubert. The grandson of an experienced Bordelais Cellar Master, Christophe will lead guests through a diverse assortment of wines from Stags’ Leap historic vineyard estate. All of the dinner’s featured wines will be available to purchase, including Christophe’s own hand-picked bottles.
