ABOUT

Esaul Ramos is the chef, pitmaster, and co-owner of San Antonio’s own 2M Smokehouse, and we’re thrilled to welcome him to our new Guest Chef Supper Series. After years honing his backyard grilling skills, he is now a James Beard Award nominee who’s known for infusing traditional Texas BBQ with a unique local blend of Mexican and American flavors.

Join us at the table for an exclusive menu specially crafted by Chef Ramos in collaboration with Supper’s Executive Chef Jaime Gonzalez. There will be a reception with a beverage offered upon arrival, as well as a pre-dinner Q&A.
