Join us in the Library to meet the makers of Dapper Goat Dairy’s handcrafted goat cheese (AKA fromage de chèvre). Located 80 miles east of San Antonio in Waelder, Texas, the family-owned and -operated dairy farm makes their cheeses by hand every day combining locally sourced ingredients with fresh milk from their prized goats. We use the artisan goat cheese throughout Emma’s menus and it’s also available to buy inside Larder. This event is free and for hotel guests only.
