ABOUT

Throughout the month of May, San Antonio is celebrating “maíz” (corn) along with other UNESCO Creative Cities of Gastronomy like Tucson, Arizona; Merida, Mexico; and Puebla, Mexico. We will be hosting a variety of tasting events highlighting the role of maíz as a heritage ingredient in many of our local foods.

Join us to sample the cherished ancient crop in our fresh corn relish and house-made cornbread. ¡Feliz Cinco de Mayo!
