On the occasion of her 165th birthday, we’re hosting a special celebration honoring our hotel’s namesake and Pearl Brewery president (1914-1942), Emma Koehler. Join us in our grand Elephant Cellar — turned classic German beer hall — for a feast-style dinner party filled with traditional Bavarian delicacies, including sauerbraten, pork schnitzel, spaetzle, bratwurst bites, pretzels with beer mustard, and a wonderfully festive dessert spread complete with birthday cake!
