You’re invited to an extraordinary evening in honor of Chartreuse, the enigmatic French liqueur made for centuries by Carthusian monks in the French Alps. Revered by bartenders everywhere, Chartreuse is famously scarce, and noted for its rarity: the monks produce only a limited quantity each year.
For nearly a year, the Sternewirth team has carefully set aside a stock of this prized spirit, and now we’re bringing it to the table for an intimate dinner designed to showcase its brilliance. The night begins with a cocktail reception inside Sternewirth, followed by a multi-course menu of French classics, paired with the iconic Green Chartreuse, Yellow Chartreuse, and Chartreuse V.E.P Yellow.
